Quotes
Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may change after an on-site review if conditions differ. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Scheduling & weather
We may reschedule due to weather or unsafe conditions. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the property and working exterior water where needed.
- Close windows and doors, and move fragile items away from work areas.
- Let us know about known damage, loose fixtures, or delicate surfaces before work begins.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Satisfaction & liability
If you're not happy with our work, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn or failing seals, oxidation, or damage from hidden defects. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
